Howard CDM was hired to perform an interior improvement to and upgrade the outdoor patio of an existing restaurant on the plaza at The Original Farmers Market L.A. Improvements included:

• Relocating a walk-in cooler, cook lines and dishwashing line and building walls to separate the lines
• Converting existing outdoor patio from a canvas awning to galvanized corrugated metal roofing
• Reconfiguring all patio heaters and lights
• Adding steel to existing awning support
• Installing new fans and illuminated signage on the patio
