In the heart of the Hollywood entertainment circle, Howard CDM brought to life the stunning new restaurant and bar Gigi’s on the budding Sycamore Avenue corridor across from Tartine and Sightglass Coffee, both of which Howard CDM constructed.

The existing 1,805 SF office space was converted to a 60-seat fine French bistro with marble flooring reclaimed from France, plush green mohair dining booths, brass finishes throughout and a hand-painted mural by Local LA artist Andie Dinkin. The overall look comes from the late architect Osvaldo Maiozzi who made Gigi’s his last work along with interior architect Aejie Rhyu of ARA-la Studio, and Andrew Cosbie who designed the interior.
