Howard CDM constructed this ground-up 7,600 SF medical office building designed for a state-of-the-art dialysis center. The 1950s style office building received Long Beach Heritage’s 2007 Award for Significant Architectural Contribution. The building currently houses the Davita Bixby Knolls Dialysis Clinic.
