Long Beach Yacht Club selected Howard CDM to undertake the complete demo and remodel of their kitchen. The project included a large walk-in fridge and freezer, a dumbwaiter and two professional stoves.

During its year of renovations, the Long Beach Yacht Club reached out to Howard CDM to further their collaboration and on-going efforts to better accommodate their visiting yachtsmen. The improvements completed are as follows:

• Both men’s and women’s locker rooms and restroom facilities were completely demolished—and new construction commenced.
• New locker systems and cedar wood saunas were added to the amenities at the Club.
• Each of the facilities received new millwork, stone counters, coordinating ceramic tile floors, and walls.
• New lighting, individual water closets, lavatories, and showers were included in the upgrades to complete the renovation and provide a warm and welcoming experience.
