Vacant for thirteen years, Howard CDM worked closely with the owners and architect to quickly refurbish this 1960s downtown Los Angeles building for the new L&R Corporate Headquarters.

This approximately 15,000 SF tenant improvement project included the replacement of the buildings mechanical and electrical systems and refurbishment of the elevators.
