Located in Koreatown in Los Angeles, CA, the three-story complex is slated to hold 47 studio and one bedroom units for homeless seniors and chronically homeless seniors. The development will include a community room, bike storage, roof deck and courtyard common open space. Social services such as counseling and community-based health care will be provided on site.

This development took on an innovative approach to financing cost-effective housing, through use of modular design and various funding sources, such as Proposition HHH funds. This project is one of the scattered sites throughout Los Angeles that is part of Mayor Garcetti’s Housing Innovation Challenge with a $23.8 million grant for much needed affordable housing.
