OUE Skyspace is California’s tallest open-air observation rooftop deck, nearly 1000 feet high in central Downtown Los Angeles. Howard CDM completed the remodel of the existing bar area called The Garden Bar.  The 215 SF bar is located on the 69th floor and is accompanied with a 360 degree view and two open air observation decks, serving up local craft beer and wine from across the state of California.
