Howard CDM converted a Sears Department Store built in the late 1960s into a 178,000 SF multi-tenant retail building to feature a new façade and the addition of Nordstrom Rack, Sports Authority and DSW.

The project included reconfiguration of all electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems, new elevators and escalators to the two-level building and a new loading dock to serve DSW and Nordstrom Rack. Howard CDM also completed the 20,000 SF tenant improvement interior build-out for DSW.

During the course of construction, the existing Sears remained open for business.
