Development Management of a 54,000 SF, 14-screen theatre located at the Pike at Rainbow Harbor, a lively dining, retail and entertainment destination in Downtown Long Beach. Construction of the Cinemark included a birthday party room, arcade, stadium seating with large reclining chairs, and digital, HFR 3D & Real 3D projections.
