Howard CDM partnered with entrepreneur and owner, Dustin Lancaster, and developer, Creative Space, to transform the DTLA Arts District’s historic fire station building into a destination to “drink, dine and dwell.” The independent boutique hotel features nine colorful, completely unique rooms, a 1,419 SF restaurant and bar, and 2,683 SF of open outdoor dining and sports court space. The two-story building, originally built in 1927, was previously known as Engine Co. No. 17 which can be read etched into the building’s façade.
