Howard CDM SMS Terms & Conditions

These SMS Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Howard CDM text messaging program (“SMS Service”). By opting in to receive text messages from Howard CDM (“Howard CDM,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to these Terms.
Program Description
Howard CDM may use SMS messaging to communicate with current and prospective clients, subcontractors, vendors, job applicants, and other individuals who have requested or consented to receive text messages.
Messages may include:
- Responses to project inquiries
- Construction project updates
- Scheduling and appointment coordination
- Bid and subcontractor communications
- Customer support
- Employment and recruiting communications
- General business communications
- Promotional or company updates, only if you have separately and expressly opted in
Our SMS Service is primarily intended for one-to-one business communications.
Opting In
You may opt in to receive SMS messages by:
- Providing your mobile phone number through our website;
- Submitting a contact form or bid inquiry;
- Requesting project communications;
- Applying for employment and requesting text communications; or
- Otherwise providing your express consent to receive SMS messages from Howard CDM.
Your consent to receive SMS messages is voluntary.
Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing services or doing business with Howard CDM.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies depending on your interactions with Howard CDM and the services you request. Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless carrier’s messaging plan. Howard CDM is not responsible for any messaging or data charges imposed by your wireless carrier.
Opting Out

After you reply STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After this confirmation, you will receive no further SMS messages from Howard CDM unless you choose to opt in again.

Changes to These Terms
