Howard CDM constructed this 2-story, 19,100 SF foot medical office building and was the winner of the Long Beach Heritage’s 2007 Award for Significant Architectural Contribution. This ground-up project located in Bixby Knolls included a 3,600 SF design-build Hand + Wrist Center. This new state-of-the-art facility offers contemporary amenities such as an internet café, patient learning center, and a comprehensive hand therapy and rehabilitation center. The building is currently home to Cherry Medical Group (QTC Medical Group).
