XAP Corporation, an industry leader of online educational tools, chose Howard CDM to transform a vacant 7,600 SF office into a stylish, modernized space for their new corporate location. Completed in a condensed timeline of just eight weeks, the Howard CDM team partnered with Wolcott Architecture, Jones Lang LaSalle, and Bantry Holdings to provide a functional and striking working environment for the XAP Corporation. The tenant improvement project included:

• A warm and welcoming entryway with hardwood floors, custom reception area, and ambient lighting
• Three executive, frameless glass conference rooms
• Large break room/lounge area with full kitchen
• Fourteen private offices, a call center room, and over 20 work stations
