Howard CDM provided pre-construction and general contracting services for the Michelin-Starred San Francisco Chef Melissa Perello’s first Los Angeles restaurant, M. Georgina. The restaurant is named after Perello’s maternal grandmother Mary Georgina. Located at The ROW, tenant improvements included the remodel of the ground floor areas with the build out of a new kitchen and storage on the ground floor and basement areas. The 4,500 SF restaurant has floor-to-roof clerestory windows with a menu serving San Francisco-inspired market-to-table cuisine with seasonal, quickly rotating dishes. M. Georgina is already hailed as a “Giant Wood-Fired Paradise” by Food & Wine.
