Howard CDM constructed Santa Cruz-based Verve Coffee Roaster’s second Downtown LA location in the Arts District. The scope of work includes a change of use of the existing warehouse to feature a two-story indoor retail and warehouse space with an on-site roaster along with outdoor patio seating. The coffee and tea shop is housed next to Chef Ori Menashe’s award-winning Middle Eastern restaurant, Bavel in which Howard CDM was the general contractor for.
