Howard CDM executed a refined interior that balances industrial character with warmth. Small but mighty, this 1,111 square foot existing retail space was converted into a charming café with indoor and outdoor seating. Design details include a garage style roll-up door at the entrance giving it the refreshed record store style. The scope of work included interior construction, installation of specialty coffee equipment, custom millwork, and upgraded power and lighting systems. Designed to support efficient café operations while fostering a relaxed, inviting atmosphere, the space reflects Stumptown’s dedication to craftsmanship – one cup at a time.
