Howard CDM completed the core and shell of five new camp facilities on approximately 228 acres in San Bernardino County at YMCA Camp Oakes. The cabins required the build of an architectural prototype along with four new camp facilities structures along with the associated site improvements. Each ~1,860 SF cabin utilized standing metal rib roofing, exterior simulated wood siding, and simulated stone base on wood stud framing. Scope of work included power and lighting, mechanical HVAC system, plumbing and full fire sprinkler systems.
