The former space was a vacant industrial building. Howard CDM transformed the space into a food production facility where Hannah Crum, affectionately dubbed “ The Kombucha Mamma,” brews her own kombucha which she calls a delicious and healthy “longevity elixir.” Crum also manufactures certified scoby products for resale to others who wish to brew kombucha products. Howard CDM created custom climate controlled clean room for production and storage space for dry goods and supplies. The scope of work also included the addition of a state-of-the-art reverse osmosis water filtration system into the building’s existing plumbing.
