This Tenant Improvement project sits right in the heart of the Arts District right off 7th St. and Santa Fe. The project’s concept is a repurposing one of the area’s warehouses, improving the space yet honoring the existing elements. The restaurant consists of a full bar, dining area, restroom vestibule, private dining room, two separate outdoor patios, a full kitchen, and an employee office and locker rooms. Landscaping is throughout the restaurant in planters and double up as bench seating, adding plenty of greenery to the entire space. To express simplicity and authenticity, raw materials take the stage and utilize exposed concrete in the space.

Chef Olvera’s current award-winning restaurants, Pujol and Cosme NYC, come in at #13 and #25 on “The World’s 50 Best Restaurants” list for 2018, and this new location will be held to similar regard.
